Senior Construction Project Manager / Plan Reviewer

ROle Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager/Plan Reviewer. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for plan review and quality control, project coordination, construction project management in several states and markets, construction management, and overall project management. They will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Construction Project Management skills
Basic understanding of Revit and able to work in model
Permit coordination
Review and distribution of submittals
Managing all aspects of the project in multiple states
Experience in budgeting and project management
Knowledge of construction processes and materials
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management a plus
